The Meridian Wand has become one of my most used self care tools. I have particularly loved exploring the many functions it has, from pressure points to fascia stripping to stretching. Many self care tools are made from materials such as plastic, rubber, or metal, which I don’t find to be very enjoyable. Being handcrafted from wood, the Meridian Wand helps me connect back to nature, even when in my home. It reminds me that my body is a landscape to be curious of, that needs proper tending to.

The lavender-scented Body Magic CBD oil is pure magic in a bottle. The scent is so light and refreshing. It’s not overpowering at all, and honestly, my whole family couldn’t resist it once I opened the bottle. The Meridian Wand has been extremely helpful for my stretching practice and dissolving knots. Because it’s custom to my body, it’s easy to maneuver and apply the right amount of pressure to get in areas I normally can’t get to with rollers, massage balls, or fingers, like beneath my shoulder blades and glute areas.
